INCA provides descriptions of government policy on education in Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the USA and Wales. It focuses on curriculum, assessment and initial teacher training frameworks for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education in schools (3-19 age range). A description for South Africa is under development.
The INCA website is funded by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) in England. Content is managed by the Eurydice Unit for England, Wales and Northern Ireland at the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER). The initial teacher training sections are funded by the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA).

- A thematic probe examining coursework in national/state examinations in France, the Netherlands, Norway, Ontario (Canada) and Victoria (Australia) was uploaded to this website in April 2008. Data was collected in November 2007.
